1. Agreement

2. Rental Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from us, you must:

• Hold a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record.
• Provide a valid credit or debit card in your name.

3. Rental Terms

Booking and Payment:

Rental Period:

• Rentals are available for both short-term (daily) and long-term (monthly) periods.
• A daily rental is defined as a 24-hour period starting from the time the vehicle is picked up.

• The vehicle must be returned in the same condition it was provided, excluding normal wear and tear.

4. Insurance and Liability

Insurance:

• You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle not covered by insurance, including but not limited to collision, theft, and vandalism.

Liability:

• You are liable for any fines, penalties, or legal charges incurred during the rental period.
• Flyers Logistics LLC is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by the vehicle’s breakdown or malfunction.

5. Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellations:

Modifications:

• The vehicle is used for any illegal activities or purposes.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Dispute Resolution
